Winter Haven, Fla. – Crosby & Associates,Inc. (“The Company”) announced today the closing of two deals consisting of 1,017 acres of agricultural land in the month of June by the combined efforts of Land Specialists Caleb McDow and Trevor C. Williams.
McDow and Williams have been operating as a team since joining The Company, conducting business throughout the state of Florida. They specialize in agricultural land brokerage, including farmland, citrus groves, and pasture land. The first transaction, which closed on June 24th, was for 540 acres of pasture in Highlands County, Fla. The second transaction, which closed on June 26th, consisted of 477 acres of citrus groves in Polk County, Fla. The Company represented the buyer and seller in both transactions.
“Trevor and I have had a great first half of the year – especially here in June,” said McDow. “But the year is only half over. We’ve got a lot more work to do in 2015 and expect more large deals like these before the year is done.”
McDow joined Crosby & Associates, Inc. following 9 years of service in the US Navy and the completion of a Masters degree in Real Estate at the University of Florida. He and Williams joined The Company within weeks of each other and quickly decided to become a team.

Williams is a native of Lake Wales in Polk County, Fla. and attended Florida State University, receiving a Bachelors degree in Media and Communication Studies and a Masters degree in Speech Communication. He also spent 3 years teaching Public Speaking and Interpersonal Communication at FSU before joining the team at Crosby & Associates. His interpersonal skills lends well to smooth transactions between buyers and sellers.
