Ben Crosby founded Crosby & Associates in 1983, building the firm into a respected name in Florida and Southeastern land brokerage over more than four decades. Born in Tampa and a graduate of the University of South Florida with a B.A. in Business Administration, Ben has spent 43 years in real estate, agricultural investments, commercial property sales, and land management, and holds real estate licenses across ten states.
Today, Crosby's Florida operations are led by President and Managing Broker Lorena Alvarez Cordero, while Ben continues to serve the firm as its Georgia Broker, staying active in the market he helped define. He lives in Winter Haven with his wife of 45 years, their three daughters, 17 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
